Pacquiao urges candidates to recuse themselves from Smartmatic probe

Pacquiao stated that candidates with potential conflicts of interest should not participate in the probe to ensure impartiality.

He expressed openness to recusing himself if requested, emphasizing his desire for clean and fraud-free elections.

Pacquiao also prayed for the revelation of any malicious activities related to the elections.
