DA: P20 rice now available in 81 out of 82 provinces

Additionally, subsidized rice will be made available to eligible beneficiaries in Aklan, Capiz, Catanduanes, Davao Oriental, Eastern Samar, Leyte, Sarangani, and Sulu.
