Over 207,000 violators recorded in NCR under Alert Level 4

An additional 2,341 individuals who were not authorized persons outside residence (APORs) were also caught outdoors.

The NCR is currently under Alert Level 4, which is designated for areas with high or increasing COVID-19 infections and high utilization rates of hospital beds.

Under Alert Level 4, outdoor dining is permitted at 30% capacity for all individuals.
