Ombudsman Remulla vows review of VP Sara’s confidential fund cases

Remulla stated that the reports are already with the Ombudsman's office and will be studied, with current and former officials being questioned.
Respondents named in the complaints include Vice President Duterte and nine other officials from DepEd and the OVP, such as Chief of Staff Zuleika Lopez and Col. Raymund Lachica.
Previously, it was revealed during a House hearing that the OVP spent P125 million in confidential funds within an 11-day period in 2022.
