NGCP restores power lines in Visayas after magnitude 6.9 earthquake

The earthquake, which had a depth of 5 kilometers, was tectonic in origin and the strongest to hit the Bogo, Cebu area.

The earthquake resulted in 74 deaths and 559 injuries, affecting approximately 189,620 families or 666,439 individuals, according to the NDRRMC.
