NDC receives final payment for Pandacan property sale to TRB

The National Development Company (NDC) has received the second and final payment for its 1.3-hectare Pandacan property sold to the Toll Regulatory Board (TRB).

The sale amount for the land, which TRB will utilize for the Metro Manila Skyway Stage 3 (MMSS3) project, was approximately P420 million.

The collection was finalized on April 30, 2025, through a check handover ceremony attended by NDC General Manager Saturnino Mejia and TRB Executive Director Alvin Carullo.

This transaction concludes seven years of negotiations that began in 2018, with the sale price reflecting the market value of commercial properties in the Pandacan area.

The Pandacan property is part of a larger 5-hectare parcel owned by NDC, and the Skyway construction divided it into three irregular sections, necessitating two deeds of sale.
