PNP: NCRPO on full alert ahead of INC rally
The National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) has been placed on full alert in preparation for the three-day rallies organized by the Iglesia ni Cristo (INC) and the United People's Initiative (UPI) across Metro Manila, scheduled from November 16 to 18, 2025.

Around 100,000 people are expected daily at the Quirino Grandstand in Manila for the INC rally.
