Positivity rates in Palawan and Zamboanga del Sur remained very high.

Outside Luzon, Cebu's positivity rate dropped from 8.9% to 6.2%, and Iloilo remained at a moderate level.

Bohol decreased from 22.7% to 18.5%, and Capiz fell from 20.4% to 11.4%.
