Suspected illegal recruiter collared
The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) has arrested a suspected illegal recruiter, identified as Jacob Jumallon Tuballa, at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).

One victim was promised a salary of approximately P34,000, while the other two were offered 550 to 800 Euros per month.
