PNP dismissed for posting explicit videos online

Police Staff Sergeant Alexis Karil O. Sabater has been dismissed from service by the National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) for posting sexually explicit and degrading content online.

Videos uploaded between April and June 2025 depicted acts insulting to women, including vulgar slang, a woman being forced to eat food, simulated sexual activity, and women receiving massages with visible breast exposure, with children also depicted.

Sabater appeared in uniform in several videos and identified himself as a police officer, violating PNP Memorandum Circular 2024-077 regarding the unauthorized use of police uniforms in social media content.

He defended his actions as personal expression and a source of income, claiming he had removed the videos.

NAPOLCOM found Sabater guilty of conduct unbecoming of a police officer, with Vice Chair Rafael Calinisan stating the videos were a clear insult to the dignity of women.
