NAIA receives first global customer-experience accreditation from ACI

The Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) has received its first global customer-experience accreditation from the Airports Council International (ACI).

NAIA achieved Level 1 Airport Customer Experience Accreditation, signifying its adherence to international standards in managing and enhancing the passenger journey.

This accreditation is part of ACI's program, the sole global framework designed to assess how airports comprehend, quantify, and refine the entire passenger experience.

Real-time feedback from 700 passengers across all terminals was collected through ACI's Airport Service Quality (ASQ) survey between July and September 2025.

NAIA demonstrated 100% compliance with ACI's data and sampling standards, enabling its performance data to be included in the organization's global benchmarking program.

This recognition follows a year after New NAIA Infra Corp. (NNIC), led by San Miguel Corporation and Incheon International Airport Corp., assumed NAIA's operations through a public-private partnership initiated in September 2024.
