New NAIA Infra Corp. (NNIC), the operator of Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA), has secured its first global customer experience accreditation from Airports Council International (ACI).
NAIA achieved Level 1 Airport Customer Experience Accreditation, signifying its adherence to international standards in managing and enhancing the passenger journey.
This accreditation is part of ACI's program, the sole global framework designed to assess how airports comprehend, quantify, and refine the entire passenger experience.
Real-time feedback from 700 passengers across all terminals was collected through ACI's Airport Service Quality (ASQ) survey between July and September 2025.
NNIC President Ramon S. Ang stated that earning the accreditation early reflects the commitment of "people working every day to improve NAIA."
This recognition follows NNIC's assumption of NAIA's operations in September 2024 through a public-private partnership.
