Muntinlupa vaccinates over 2,000 kids aged 5 to 11

Muntinlupa City has vaccinated over 2,000 children aged five to 11 in the first four days of its "Resbakuna Kids" campaign.

The vaccination drive, which began on February 7, has administered vaccines to 2,067 children as of February 10.

Vaccinations are being administered at two locations: Ospital ng Muntinlupa and the Laguerta Health Center.

Putatan barangay has the highest number of vaccinated children with 436, followed by Tunasan with 400 and Alabang with 319.

The total number vaccinated represents three percent of Muntinlupa's target pediatric population of 68,198.

Nationally, as of February 12, a total of 52,262 children aged five to 11 have been vaccinated, with only four reported minor adverse reactions.

No adverse reactions have been reported among the vaccinated children in Muntinlupa, according to Dr. Edwin Dimatatac.
