MRT-7 stations Quezon City to be operational by Q4 2025

The first 12 stations of the Metro Rail Transit Line-7 (MRT-7), primarily located in Quezon City, are anticipated to be operational by the fourth quarter of 2025.

The Tala Station in Caloocan City is expected to be completed by 2026.

Construction of the 14th station in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, is hoped to be finished by 2027, pending resolution of alignment issues.

The city government of San Jose del Monte proposed three alternative route alignments due to concerns about traffic and impact on essential services.

The Department of Transportation (DOTr) and the private sector proponent, San Miguel Corporation, will conduct a joint site inspection of these proposed realignments this June.

Following the inspection, San Miguel Corporation will conduct a ridership study for each option and provide recommendations to the DOTr.
