Miss Jamaica Dr. Gabrielle Henry remains in ICU after Miss Universe fall

Miss Jamaica Dr. Gabrielle Henry remains in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in Thailand after falling during the Miss Universe 2025 preliminary competition.

Her sister, Dr. Phylicia Henry-Samuels, stated that Henry is not doing as well as hoped but is receiving specialized care.

Doctors have ordered Henry to remain in the ICU for at least seven days for close monitoring and specialized care.

The Miss Universe Jamaica Organization assured the public that Henry did not suffer any life-threatening injuries but was unable to compete in the main competition on November 21.

Henry fell from the main stage during the evening gown portion on November 19 and had to be carried off on a stretcher.

The organization is asking for prayers for Henry's recovery and urging the public to avoid spreading misinformation.
