Millora-Brown skips PBA draft for European stint

Former UP Fighting Maroons center Quentin Millora-Brown has decided to defer his entry into the PBA Season 50 Rookie Draft to pursue a potential playing opportunity in Europe.

Millora-Brown recently signed a short-term contract with the Macau Black Bears, which concludes at the end of July.

He expressed his intention to sign with a European team after his contract with Macau ends, indicating that his agent and he have decided against entering the PBA draft at this time.

Should his European plans not materialize, Millora-Brown indicated he would return to play for the Macau Black Bears.

Millora-Brown, a 6-foot-10 player, made significant contributions to the Black Bears during The Asian Tournament, including a 16-point, 16-rebound performance in a finals game.

He is set to play against Gilas Pilipinas in an exhibition game, despite still being classified as a naturalized player by FIBA.
