DILG: Metro Manila won't revert to ECQ if health protocols are strictly followed
Metro Manila will not be placed back under Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) as long as health protocols are strictly observed, according to the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG).
DILG Undersecretary Jonathan Malaya stated that the National Capital Region's (NCR) case doubling time and critical care infrastructure utilization rate are currently acceptable.
