Megaworld partners with Accor to launch world's largest Mövenpick in Paranaque

Property giant Megaworld, through its hospitality arm Megaworld Hotels & Resorts, is collaborating with global hotel manager Accor to rebrand the Grand Westside Hotel in Paranaque City.

The 1,530-room hotel will be converted into Mövenpick Manila Bay Westside, making it the largest Mövenpick hotel globally.

This partnership involves brand alignment, system integration, and operational upgrades.

Mövenpick Manila Bay Westside is slated to open by late 2026.

The hotel will feature a sky bridge connecting it to the Westside City integrated casino and entertainment complex and the Grand Opera House.

Accor's chief operating officer for premium, midscale, and economy division in Asia, Garth Simmons, stated that this partnership is a significant move to bolster Accor's presence in the Philippines.
