Mayor Sara Duterte denies rumors of PRRD's illness

Davao City Mayor Sara Z. Duterte has denied rumors that President Rodrigo Duterte is ill, stating that her father is not sick.

Senator Christopher Lawrence Go shared photos of the President working to demonstrate his good health.

Mayor Duterte explained that the President is limiting public engagements to avoid exposure to COVID-19 due to his age and the virus's impact on some PSG members.

The mayor also clarified that her recent trip to Singapore was unrelated to her father's health and was part of a series of required visits following a leave in October 2020.

She also addressed rumors about her own health, confirming she is perfectly healthy and took leave from April 6-10 for personal reasons.
