Maris Racal feels nervous on first day of filming 'FPJ's Batang Quiapo'

Actress Maris Racal admitted feeling nervous during her first filming day for "FPJ's Batang Quiapo" with lead actor and director Coco Martin.

Racal, along with Baron Geisler and Aljur Abrenica, were announced as new cast members on Dreamscape Entertainment's social media on Monday, Sept. 8.

Other new additions to the cast include Rosanna Roces, Richard Quan, and Criza Taa.

Filmmaker Malu Sevilla has also joined the directing team, which previously included Coco Martin, Darnel Villaflor, and Richard Somes.

Racal will portray a young and optimistic police officer in the series.

Coco Martin teased the introduction of new characters who will create conflict and excitement for the viewers.

The series is entering a new chapter focusing on the consequences of an election battle between political rivals Montenegro and Guerrero.

The upcoming episodes will explore whether the character Tanggol, played by Coco Martin, will maintain his integrity or revert to his past illegal activities.
