Marcos Jr. endorsement boosts senatorial bets' campaign

Former Senator Panfilo "Ping" Lacson noted that Marcos Jr. showed dedication by attending rallies and risking his personal security.

Former Senate President Vicente Sotto III emphasized the importance of the President's endorsement, stating it validates their capabilities and encourages voters to consider their experience and plans.

The Alyansa slate downplayed concerns over having only one major campaign stop in Mindanao, citing strong survey performances and broad digital outreach.

ACT-CIS Rep. Erwin Tulfo explained that they scaled down rallies from 21 to 16 after internal surveys indicated that traditional media and social media are more influential in voter decision-making than rallies.

Sotto added that large crowds in rallies are now considered 'old school,' as modern campaigns are effectively covered by mainstream and social media through livestreams and replays.
