Bongbong-Sara supporters rock world's largest indoor arena as tandem's campaign kicked off
The UniTeam tandem of presidential aspirant Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. and vice presidential candidate Sara Duterte launched their campaign for the May 2022 national elections with a rally at the Iglesia ni Cristo-owned Philippine Arena in Bulacan.

However, Marcos Jr.'s spokesman Vic Rodriguez clarified that the event's venue at the Philippine Arena does not signify an endorsement from the Iglesia ni Cristo.
Rodriguez explained that the venue was chosen solely because it was the largest available to accommodate their supporters.
