Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong will serve as a special adviser and investigator for the commission.
The commission's chairperson will be announced by the President in the coming days.
The ICI has been granted broad investigative powers, including issuing subpoenas and recommending the filing of criminal or administrative cases.
President Marcos Jr. emphasized that the commission's members are persons of proven competence, integrity, probity, and independence.
