Emmanuel Ledesma Jr. named PhilHealth chief
President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. has appointed Emmanuel Ledesma Jr. as the president and chief executive officer of the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth).
Ledesma will also serve as a member of PhilHealth's expert panel and board of directors.
He had been serving as the acting chief of PhilHealth since November 2022.
