She was an associate at a law firm where partners included counsel for former president Joseph "Erap" Estrada and a junior partner at the law firm Marcos Ochoa Serapio and Tan (MOST).

Logan earned her law degree from San Beda University and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1998.

Enrile died on November 13 at the age of 101.

President Marcos also appointed Maria Luwalhati Dorotan Tiuseco as senior deputy executive secretary, Danielle Marie Rieza-Culangen as deputy executive secretary for general administration, Joseph Irvin Obenza as deputy executive secretary for financial affairs, and Jesse Hermogenes Andres as deputy executive secretary for legal affairs.
