Marcos admin's infra projects reach P10.52 trillion

The Marcos administration's flagship infrastructure projects (IFPs) now amount to P10.52 trillion, covering 209 initiatives.

This represents an increase from the previous P9.6 trillion estimate for 207 projects as of end-April.

Physical connectivity projects constitute the largest portion of the IFPs, with a budget of P8.993 trillion.

Other sectors with significant allocations include water resources (P821.09 billion), agriculture (P213.67 billion), and health (P95.72 billion).

Three major projects, the Central Luzon Link Expressway (CLLEX) Phase 1, the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX)-South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) Connector Road, and the Bucana Bridge, are anticipated for completion this year.
