Manila opens drive-thru booster shot site at Quirino Grandstand

Manila will launch a drive-through vaccination site for COVID-19 booster shots at the Quirino Grandstand in Luneta starting Thursday, January 13.

The site will operate daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and will be exclusively for four-wheel vehicles.

A maximum of 300 vehicles, accommodating up to five passengers each, will be served daily on a first-come, first-served basis.

Those who fail to be accommodated in the first 300 vehicles will receive number stubs for the next day's slots.

While the site can benefit up to 1,500 individuals daily, only the first 300 vehicles will be accommodated per day.

Vaccination cards must be presented to receive the booster shot.

All available COVID-19 vaccine brands will be administered at the drive-through site.

The existing drive-through RT-PCR testing facility at the Quirino Grandstand will continue to operate.
