Manila councilor accuses colleague of sexual harassment

Manila Councilor Eunice Castro emotionally accused her colleague, Councilor Ryan Ponce, of sexual harassment during a council session.

Castro recounted several instances of alleged harassment by Ponce, including inappropriate physical contact and lewd comments.

She specifically mentioned an incident where Ponce poked her hand after she attempted to high-five him.

Castro also revealed that Ponce inquired about a yoni massage, which focuses on the female genitalia, when she expressed interest in a massage.

Furthermore, she shared that Ponce sent her deleted random messages containing sexually suggestive remarks about her appearance and clothing, such as 'Naka-see through ka kanina' (You were wearing see-through) and 'good morning sexy, inaabangan ko buhok at suot mo kanina' (Good morning sexy, I was watching out for your hair and dress).
