Man arrested for hacking parents and brother to death in Bukidnon

A 23-year-old man, John Kyler Labora Andojon, has been arrested for the murder of his parents and younger brother in Malaybalay City, Bukidnon.

The suspect confessed to killing his 50-year-old father, 48-year-old mother, and 14-year-old brother with a sledgehammer on May 21.

Andojon was apprehended on Friday, September 12, following tips from villagers who knew about the crime.

Authorities believe the suspect may have been suffering from depression after failing to graduate from his criminology course due to academic problems.
