Maki apologizes to TWICE fans for obstructing view at concert

Singer-songwriter Maki has apologized to fans of K-Pop group TWICE for standing during their concert at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan, which obstructed the view of concertgoers behind him.

He stated that he and his siblings were too excited as they are big fans of TWICE and it was their first time experiencing a K-pop concert of this scale.

Maki acknowledged that their excitement is not an excuse for the inconvenience caused and assured fans that this would not happen again.

The incident gained traction on X (formerly Twitter) after one user, @raepomu_, called out Maki and his brother for standing in the VIP section.

Maki took full responsibility for the incident, asking that his brother be spared and promising to teach him proper concert etiquette.

He also reminded the public to be constructive rather than resorting to name-calling when holding someone accountable.
