Carlo Gonzalez and Luane Dy exchange vows in church wedding

Kapuso actor Carlo Gonzalez and former Unang Hirit anchor Luane Dy exchanged vows in a church wedding on February 8, three years after their civil wedding.

The ceremony, held at the Shrine of Saint Therese of the Child Jesus Church in Pasay City, was described by the couple as more genuine than their civil union and served as a reunion for their families and friends.

Dy wore a silk creation by Albert Andrada with a deep V in the back, while Gonzalez sported a white suit with a red bow tie.

The star-studded event was attended by GMA executives, Kapuso stars, and politicians.

Dingdong Dantes served as the groom's best man, while "Unang Hirit" co-anchor Suzi Abrera, actresses Mikee Quintos and Rochelle Pangilinan were among the bridesmaids.

Among the principal sponsors were former Senator Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, and Joey De Leon, with Ryan Agoncillo and Judy Ann Santos as cord sponsors.

Dy and Gonzales announced their engagement in May 2019 and welcomed their son, Christiano, in May 2020.
