Kyonosuke Kameda defeats John Riel Casimero via unanimous decision

Kyonosuke Kameda defeated John Riel Casimero via unanimous decision in a 10-round super featherweight bout.

The fight took place at Bishkek Arena in Kyrgyzstan.

Kameda, who was taller and rangier, employed a methodical approach, landing jabs and frustrating Casimero.

By the later rounds, Casimero had slowed down while Kameda maintained his pace.

The judges scored the bout 98-94 twice and 97-95 in favor of Kameda.

Kameda's record is now 16-5-2 with 9 knockouts, while Casimero's dropped to 34-5-1 with 23 knockouts.

Casimero, who last fought a year ago, failed in his bid to reenter the contendership for the four major sanctioning bodies.

Kameda had lost his last two bouts prior to this fight.
