This opportunity arises during the offseason break of his Korean Basketball League (KBL) team, the Goyang Sono Skygunners, with whom he recently signed a three-year contract extension.
Despite an ankle injury in his first year, Quiambao had a strong performance for the Skygunners in the 2024-25 KBL season, averaging 16.9 points, 6.3 rebounds, 3.9 assists, and 1.3 steals in 23 games.
