Galeries Tower picks Julia Coronel in PVL Draft

Galeries Tower Highrisers have secured former De La Salle University standout Julia Coronel as their third overall pick in the PVL Rookie Draft.

Coronel, who is also a member of the Alas Pilipinas national team, expressed gratitude for the selection and is eager to contribute to the team's success after fulfilling her national duties.

The Highrisers also acquired former University of the Philippines player Jewel Encarnacion and Arellano University's Dodee Batindaan, who will fill the spots left by departing players Shola Alvarez and Julia Ipac.

Additionally, University of San Jose-Recoletos player Danivah Aying, daughter of former PBA player Danilo Aying, was drafted as the 23rd overall pick, making her the only draftee from outside the UAAP and NCAA.

Galeries Tower is optimistic about their campaign in the upcoming PVL Reinforced Conference with the addition of these four rookies.
