Jonathan Bailey named People's Sexiest Man Alive 2025

Jonathan Bailey, known for his roles in "Bridgerton" and "Wicked," has been named People magazine's Sexiest Man Alive for 2025.

Bailey made history as the first openly gay man to receive this prestigious title from the magazine.

The announcement was made on "The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon" on November 4, 2025.

The 37-year-old British actor was described by People as a "triple threat" for his talents in acting, singing, and dancing, and as someone who "knows how to bring the heat."

Bailey, who is "incredibly flattered" by the recognition, previously starred in "Jurassic World: Rebirth" and will reprise his role as Anthony Bridgerton in "Bridgerton" season four, set to premiere in the first quarter of 2026.

He takes over the title from last year's recipient, John Krasinski.
