Jollibee allocates P1B for employee support amid COVID-19

Jollibee Foods Corporation (JFC) has allocated a P1 billion emergency response fund to support its employees and those of its partner-enterprises during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Employees will continue to receive their full salaries throughout the enhanced community quarantine period and their 13th-month pay by April 30.

Affected employees are also allowed to advance their leave credits and file for personal leaves as needed until the situation improves.

This employee support package encompasses all Jollibee group personnel across offices, stores, commissaries, and logistics centers, including senior citizens and PWDs under joint employment programs.

The company will also extend similar financial assistance to employees of its partner-enterprises.

JFC chair and founder Tony Tan Caktiong expressed the company's commitment to alleviating employee worries and supporting the nation's fight against COVID-19.
