Jericho Cruz surprised by TNT manager's showboating accusations

San Miguel Beer guard Jericho Cruz expressed surprise at TNT team manager Jojo Lastimosa's accusations of showboating during the final moments of Game 4 of the PBA Philippine Cup Finals, where San Miguel won 105-91 to take a 3-1 series lead.

Lastimosa criticized Cruz's actions, including skipping while dribbling and faking a throw, stating that it was disrespectful, arrogant, and indicated the player was bringing personal problems onto the court.

Cruz, who scored 23 points, attributed his animated behavior to overwhelming happiness rather than intentional taunting.

He also noted his surprise due to his past association with Lastimosa.

Lastimosa, however, emphasized the need to set aside friendships during the series and described Cruz's behavior as acting like a 'little boy'.
