Jeremy Miado suffers TKO loss to Avazbek Kholmirzaev at ONE Fight Night 38

Filipino fighter Jeremy Miado suffered a technical knockout loss to Avazbek Kholmirzaev during their bout at ONE Fight Night 38 in Bangkok.

However, Kholmirzaev survived and eventually secured takedowns in both rounds.

In the second round, Miado attempted a heel hook submission which backfired, allowing Kholmirzaev to gain top control.

Kholmirzaev then unleashed a barrage of ground-and-pound strikes, forcing the referee to stop the fight with seven seconds remaining in the round.

This defeat marks Miado's fifth loss in his last six matches, bringing his ONE Championship record to 7 wins and 9 losses.

Kholmirzaev extended his winning streak to six matches and improved his ONE record to 9 wins and 1 loss.
