San Beda forward Miller suspended for Game 2 of NCAA Finals

San Beda Red Lions forward Agjanti Miller will be suspended for Game 2 of the NCAA Finals on Friday, December 12, after receiving two technical fouls in their Game 1 victory against Colegio de San Juan de Letran.

Miller was ejected from Game 1 for receiving two technical fouls, one for flopping and another for a double foul with Knights guard Deo Cuajao.

San Beda is seeking to overturn Miller's suspension, with team manager Jude Roque arguing that flopping is too "petty" to warrant a ban.

NCAA Commissioner Atty. Rico Quicho confirmed Miller's suspension, noting that while an appeal is possible, the decision is unlikely to be overturned.

Despite his suspension, San Beda coach Yuri Escueta expressed confidence that his team can still win the championship without Miller, having done so in a previous semifinals game.

Prior to his ejection in Game 1, Miller had recorded 16 points, 9 rebounds, and 2 assists.
