ITCZ, Amihan to bring rains over parts of PH

The northeast monsoon will cause cloudy skies with rains in Batanes and Babuyan Islands.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms due to easterlies.

Extreme Northern Luzon will experience moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough coastal conditions.
