The project will consist of 13 buildings, each 10 stories high, offering a total of 1,677 condominium units.
Unit prices are set at P1.53 million for 24 square meters and P1.71 million for 27 square meters.
ERDC will cover all construction costs, which will be reimbursed through Pag-IBIG Fund take-outs.
The agreement was signed by Iloilo City Mayor Jerry Treñas and ERDC president Franjieh Eon Angelo Tiu, with witnesses from the local housing office and the DHSUD Western Visayas regional director.
