Ombudsman: ICI may have only a month or two left
The Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) may conclude its investigation into alleged anomalous flood control projects within one to two months, with findings to be turned over to the Ombudsman's office.
Ombudsman Jesus Crispin Remulla stated that the ICI is not meant to be a permanent agency and its functions may be taken over by his office.
