House Speaker Dy declares P74M net worth

House Speaker "Bojie" Dy III declared a net worth of P74.019 million in his Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN) submitted in July.

His declared assets total P121.14 million, with liabilities amounting to P47.1 million.

Dy's assets include 12 agricultural properties and four residential lots and homes worth P32.53 million.

Of these properties, 12 were purchased between the 1990s and early 2000s, while the remaining four were inherited.

Personal properties constitute the bulk of his assets at P88.6 million, including P27.5 million in investments and P25 million in cash.

He also declared P12 million in jewelry and other personal items, P10 million for warehouse farm improvement, and several vehicles.

His liabilities are composed of P40 million in accounts payable and P7.124 million in agricultural loans.

Dy has also established the SALN Review and Compliance Committee to draft guidelines for the public release of House members' SALNs.
