Hotel101-Niseko in Japan completes topping off ceremony

Hotel101-Niseko in Hokkaido, Japan, a project of DoubleDragon subsidiary Hotel101 Global Holdings Corp., has completed its topping-off ceremony.

The 482-room hotel, slated to open in December 2026, will be the largest hotel in Hirafu by room count and is timed to welcome guests for the 2026 to 2027 winter season.

Niseko, a mountain village attracting over two million international visitors annually, is a renowned ski destination.

The property will feature an innovative condotel model combining value, world-class amenities, and Filipino hospitality.

Each of the 482 identically designed rooms offers practical comfort, with amenities including an indoor swimming pool, hot mineral onsen bath, sauna, ski lockers, ski-in/ski-out convenience, an on-site convenience store, and complimentary shuttle service.

This development follows DoubleDragon's topping off of its Madrid hotel earlier in the year, as part of its aggressive international growth strategy.

Hotel101's global pipeline includes upcoming properties in Saudi Arabia, Cambodia, and Milan, with domestic expansion also underway.

DoubleDragon aspires to establish Hotel101 with one million rooms across more than 100 countries, having identified 25 key markets for expansion.

Notably, Hotel101 is the first Filipino-owned company listed on the US Nasdaq Stock Exchange.
