Hotel101 to launch 429-room condotel in Milan

Hotel101 Global Holdings Corp. is developing a 429-room condotel in Milan, Italy, its second European venture, through a joint venture.

The project, located in San Donato Milanese, is expected to generate approximately €85.8 million (P5.8 billion) in unit sales with individual units priced around €200,000.

The Milan property will feature amenities such as a 24/7 reception, all-day dining, a 25-meter lapping pool, a full-size gym, a business center, function rooms, and a children's playground.

The strategic location is near a Metro station, offering convenient access to Milan's attractions.

DoubleDragon Corporation owns Hotel101, which has branches in the Philippines and planned international expansions in Japan, the US, Spain, Saudi Arabia, and Cambodia.

The company aspires for Hotel101 to have one million rooms in over 100 countries worldwide.
