Globe services restored in Camarines Sur, other affected areas

Globe Telecom has announced the full restoration of its voice, text, and internet services in Camarines Sur, which was previously affected by Typhoon Ulysses.

This restoration allows customers in the affected area to now access mobile and data services for their communication needs.

Globe's network operations teams have been working continuously despite adverse weather conditions to repair severely impacted cell sites.

Globe has also fully restored its mobile services in Albay, Apayao, Aurora, Bataan, Batanes, Batangas, Benguet, Bulacan, Cavite, Ifugao, Isabela, Kalinga, Laguna, La Union, Marinduque, Masbate, National Capital Region, Nueva Ecija, Nueva Vizcaya, Pampanga, Pangasinan, Rizal, Sorsogon, Tarlac, and Zambales.

To help ease the challenges of those affected by the recent typhoons and the coronavirus disease (Covid-19) pandemic, Globe has launched a financial care program for its postpaid, Platinum, and broadband users.

The program gives several options such as lowering current plans, disconnecting accounts, or transferring ownership.
