Globe offers free calls, texts, and data to STS Crising-affected areas

Globe is providing communication aid to support its subscribers in areas affected by Severe Tropical Storm Crising and the subsequent southwest monsoon.

Eligible Globe and TM prepaid subscribers will receive unlimited calls and texts to all networks, 100MB of data for all apps, and an additional 100MB for specific apps like Facebook and Viber, valid for one day.

Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi and GFiber Prepaid subscribers in affected areas will receive 5GB of free open data for three days and a three-day promo extension, respectively.

Globe Postpaid and GFiber Postpaid customers will have their payment due dates extended.

Globe chief sustainability and corporate communications officer Yoly Crisanto stated that it's critical to help communities stay connected and feel supported during these times.

Additionally, Globe is enabling its customers to donate to the Ayala Foundation's Hapag Movement through the GlobeOne app using Globe Rewards points or via GCash.
