Kai Sotto, Dwight Ramos question PBA's 4-point line

Filipino basketball stars Kai Sotto and Dwight Ramos have expressed their disapproval of the Philippine Basketball Association's (PBA) introduction of a four-point line.

Kai Sotto believes the PBA should not have a four-point line and suggested moving the existing three-point line farther back, similar to the NBA, to improve spacing.

Sotto, who is set to play for the Koshigaya Alphas in Japan's B.League, stated that he would remove the four-point line if he were the commissioner.

Dwight Ramos, captain of Levanga Hokkaido in the B.League, acknowledged the excitement of a four-point shot but questioned its necessity.

Ramos suggested that teams can improve their zone offense to break defensive zones rather than relying on a four-point line to achieve the same objective.
