China established an early commanding lead, ending the first quarter up 29-12, with Yuezhou Li and Li Liu contributing significantly to a 16-4 start.

Yuezhou Li was instrumental in China's success, finishing as the game's top scorer with 24 points, 12 rebounds, and 4 assists.

Wenwei He also contributed for China with 17 points, 6 rebounds, and 3 assists.

Joaquin Ludovice led the Philippines with 15 points, 6 rebounds, and 4 assists, followed by CJ Amos with 14 points, and Edryn Morales and Bonn Daja with 12 points each.

China's lead grew to as much as 30 points during the game.

This loss widened the Philippines' average margin of defeat in the tournament to 61.4 points.

The Philippines will face Australia next for the 15th-16th classification game.
