GERI invests P5 billion in new Nasugbu beachside township

Global-Estate Resorts, Inc. (GERI), a subsidiary of Megaworld, is investing P5 billion to establish a new 116-hectare beachside township called Nascala Coast in Nasugbu, Batangas.

The Nascala Coast township is designed to feature residential villages, condominiums, commercial spaces, and mixed-use and town centers.

Residents will enjoy panoramic views of Nasugbu Bay and the adjacent Mount Batulao and other mountain ranges from the development.

The township is strategically located approximately 2.5 hours from Metro Manila and an hour from Tagaytay, with accessibility through major expressways and highways.

GERI's president, Monica Salomon, highlighted that the development aims to embody Nasugbu's natural beauty, including its beaches, mountain scenery, and cultural heritage.

This project follows GERI's previous developments in Batangas, such as the Lialto Beach and Golf Estates in Lian and the Twin Lakes township near Tagaytay.

Megaworld has announced plans to develop at least two additional townships in 2025, targeting key growth areas in Luzon and the Visayas.
