GAP launches "Leap High, Flip Strong!" slogan for Junior World Championships

The Gymnastics Association of the Philippines (GAP) has launched the official slogan "Leap High, Flip Strong!" for the upcoming 3rd Artistic Gymnastics Junior World Championships in Manila.

GAP president Cynthia Carrion stated the slogan is a rallying cry for the Filipino youth to "mount a leap of faith especially in these challenging times, and to explore and soar high in search for growth and development."

The international event, sanctioned by the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) and the Asian Gymnastics Union, is expected to draw around 900 young athletes from 77 countries.

It will be held from November 20 to 24, with the opening ceremony at the Manila Marriott Hotel Grand Ballroom in Pasay City.

The Philippines aims to capitalize on the momentum from Carlos Yulo's performance in the Paris Olympics to make the hosting memorable.
